- This property is located 0.8 miles away from the Chantier Creek boat dock. The house itself sits on top of a hill looking over 28 miles of the Missouri River and has a hillside full of wildlife. The house set-up includes a full kitchen with a coffeepot, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge with ice machine, toaster, pellet grill (on the deck), dishes and utensils. The living and kitchen area is an open concept that allows for a group setting. There are two rooms with queen-sized beds and one room with a full, twin, and a trundle. The house includes a TV, internet, DVD/Blu-ray player with internet capabilities, and central air and heating. There is a spacious three-seasons room looking over the hill and lake which is perfect for a morning coffee before heading out to fish. There is ample parking and electric plugin for your boat.
