There were 7 of us in the house and we still had beds to spare. It has a beautiful yard area with lots of space to grill, play yard games or just hang out. The host, Curtis, was so easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions and bring us whatever we needed for the house. It is within walking distance to the marina, shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful!! The listing could use some more photos of the inside because it doesn't do this house justice. Only thing I would want to be sure others know is there is a train that comes right by the house at random hours during the night. Our group was so tired every night that the train didn't bother us but I think it's worth mentioning if you're a light sleeper or if you have babies that you don't want to be disturbed. The owner was very responsive to any requests. The house could use a few more towels and extra blankets if you have a large group staying and the owner was quick to address that when we called.
