La Bella Beach Condo is Shore to Please

Bella Beach is an Amazing 2/2 Beachfront condo. The view from the 11th floor is exactly what you see in the pictures. This is a 30 Day Rental Min on the 11th Floor. The view from the 11th floor is spectacular. Located in Hutchinson Island in a secure gated complex. This is therapy!!! You will enjoy the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other. You have a 14-mile long private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Walk down to the beach, enjoy BBQ by the pool, tennis court access, and use the gym. Enjoy fantastic shopping in Vero Beach only 11 miles away. We have high-speed internet with fiber optics. cable TV and Roko.

The Space
This unit has a fully remodeled and equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances with a quartz countertop. From the kitchen, you can see the ocean while you are cooking. the dining room accommodates 6 people. The living room has a large TV and a comfortable, cozy coach balcony The large master bedroom is romantic and has a beautiful view of the ocean. It also has a TV, and enough space to open up a Pack N Play for a baby and a baby cot. Both are stored in the large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a shower with a linen closet and a vanity sink with a makeup chair. The second bedroom has a walk-in closet as well and access hall Bathroom with a Tub. There are beach towels and a large beach cooler with wheels. and a small one too.
Enjoy the many activities like going shopping in the many shops along Downtown or Vero Beach, visiting the navy museum within walking distance, the botanical garden, going horseback riding along the beach, fishing, chartering a boat, kayaking, or soaking up the sun on this breath taking private beach. Enjoy dining in the many restaurants out in the open by the beach in Hutchinson Island and very close by in Vero beach.
The Area
The Treasure Coast of Florida has so much to offer in addition to the uncrowded private beach, wonderful sightseeing, and wonderful restaurants we are a short drive to the Orlando theme parks like Disney and Islands of adventure, and the Kennedy Space Center.
Please note that this is an exclusive Residential Community and the association requires an application for the renter of 100.00. If you are a returning guest it will be $50.00. I look forward to answering any of your questions prior to and during your stay.

Fantastic!

We could not be more pleased with our stay. The condo had everything we could possibly want, was beautifully appointed and in a perfect location. A beautiful beach is right out front. The owner was helpful with recommendations, and even helped us locate a unit for a return visit since this one was already booked.

On the 11th floor best view!! Iris was very helpful with any issue. Kitchen items plentiful. Nice stay! Nice interior!

One of my favorite rentals

We really enjoyed the past month we stayed here. The kitchen and living area are very nice and well stocked. The views are incredible! Sunrise in the bedroom in the morning and sunsets on the entry side that are the prettiest I have seen. The traffic is not crazy. It’s a short ride to either Vero Beach or Fort Pierce. The property itself has a nice heated pool and the gas grills work. Some little quirks with the condo but nothing major. The bathrooms could use a facelift but everything was clean. All in all I would go back to this area, unfortunately we can’t next year but I will certainly keep it on my list for future visits.

Bella Beach

What a wonderful place to stay! We spent the month of October in this spacious, beautifully-decorated, well-appointed condo with a stunning oceanfront view. Just steps to the quiet beach made this the perfect place for our extended stay. The owner was very responsive and accommodating -- answering all of our questions before and during our stay, recommending great places to eat and she even checked in with us throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. We will most definitely be back!
