"What an absolutely charming little place! It was everything it had been advertised to be - and more. The inside was just super cozy & adorable...The screened in porch, back deck and hot tub were all well laid out and so fun to hang out on. The property is quiet and well-maintained and the view of the river can't be beat. One of our favorite vacation spots to date and we cannot wait to go back again...and again! "

"My wife and I enjoyed our 4 nights in Fernweh, the cabin lived up to the listing. Started out not so great as we arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm and tornado watch, and the wi-fi was not working. The heavy rain lasted most of the overnight and the cabin's metal roof really amplified the sound of the rain and made it hard to sleep. But after that, things were great and we had a relaxing few days. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the roar of the Little River below, and made a few trips into Mentone for lunch, to Little River Falls and DeSoto Falls (which were really flowing heavily thanks to the rain), and DeSoto State Park. Will definitely consider coming back!"
