"I highly recommend staying here. You will absolutely feel welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of. Barbara went above and beyond to make our stay an absolutely fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, my family and I completely fell in love with the place and honestly wished we had more time to stay.The rooms were spotless, the hot tub was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, and all of the amenities were clean and fully functional. But what really made our stay special was Barbara herself. She was incredibly thoughtful and generous, making sure we had everything we needed and then going the extra mile to make our experience memorable.She even let us use her personal kayak and personally walked us to a beautiful, clean lakefront nearby. She provided fishing hooks and bait for us to enjoy some fishing, and she also had bicycles available for us to use. These little touches made us feel less like guests and more like family.Barbara is truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Her kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made our staycation unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back and hopefully stay much longer next time!"

"The closeness to Lake Ontario was great. The sunset was spectacular. The A/C was excellent. The bed comfortable. The rest was disappointing. The cottage was run down. Grass had not been cut in several weeks, which made it difficult to walk in. The description indicated there was a swing by the beach. The swing was falling apart and not safe to sit on. There was smelly trash on the front porch. The handle fell off in the shower and it was too dark to put it back on. We did not feel we got what we paid for."
