It is very stylish, luxurious, and furnished with exclusive furniture. You can reach the Gulf of Mexico by renting a boat from the property's own dock in about 35 minutes without locks. The villa has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 pool bathroom, and 1 office. The living rooms and bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The living room offers a stunning view of the terrace and canal. 3 bedrooms have a king-size bed, 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have sliding doors. 2 guest bedrooms each have their own terrace. The master bedroom and junior bedroom have direct access to the pool area. All bathrooms have a hairdryer and an additional shower. Bed linen and towels are plentiful. The luxury gourmet kitchen is equipped with an American-style refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and high-quality dishes and cutlery. A separate office with a desk and office chair is available. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for free. The spacious terrace area (approx. 150 sqm) with a heated pool and jacuzzi (together approx. 40 sqm) is equipped with sun loungers, a gas grill, and a large table with chairs. Beach chairs, a parasol, a cooler, and bicycles are available free of charge. You can park your rental cars in the spacious garage. The garage may only be used for parking vehicles. A camera secures the area where cars are parked in the garage. For security reasons, an external camera is installed on the garage, which shows the driveway and entrance area. We stayed at Villa Kapalua for 28 days in November. The property was perfect for our group of 6\. It was as described on the website and even better. The view on the canal is fantastic. We saw dolphins, manatees, turtles and fish. I brought a kayak and we enjoyed riding it on the canal. The pool and the spa were in very good shape and clean. Every week, someone was coming to do the pool maintenance. It’s easy to control the spa/pool temperature. We also had very good service from Silvi, from the property management team when we had questions. Beaches are about 30-45 minutes from the house. Downtown Fort Myers is 20 minutes. I recommend this wonderful property if you want to have a nice stay in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. ##### Alain D. The pool and spa were absolutely wonderful, and very well appointed. The outside half bath is a really nice touch. The kitchen with the big island was fantastic. Beds and baths also very nice and comfortable. We had quite a bit of rain so being able to use the garage was also very nice. The screen kept the bugs away. Property manager stopped by the first day to acquaint us with everything and was very responsive. They really have thought of everything you would need to have an enjoyable time. And last but not least, the location is very good and basically within 20-30 minutes of anyplace you would want to go. The property manager was accessible and courteous. This place is good for families. Very easily could sleep 8 people. We enjoyed lounging on the lani and grilling with views of the canals while doing so. Will definitely be staying here again when we travel back down. Absolutely gorgeous property. ##### Kayla W.
