I've stayed at a lot of hotels for work and pleasure, and this TownePlace Suites stood out, even compared to other Marriotts I've been to. Staff were friendly and greeted me right at the door, and I was offered complimentary water bottles at check-in. Hallways smelled fresh, and my room was well-lit, quiet, with a comfortable bed and a good-size smart TV. Breakfast was well organized and ran later than most places. Only minor note: I prefer firmer pillows, but doubling them up worked fine. Great location overall. I'll be looking for reasons to come back to Fort Myers just to stay here again!

The ac cycles way too often and I woke up sweating because once it gets too cold it automatically starts running the heater to “maintain” the set temperature. The shower took a while to get hot but eventually it was really nice……. HOWEVER The BED AND PILLOWS!!! Imagine sleeping on a warm cozy cloud or marshmallow and that’s what they are!
