A very peaceful location, quiet, and enjoyed eating our breakfast around the pool each morning. Great access to the beach, and we enjoyed using the bikes and stand-up paddleboards.

For my wife and I it is the 1st time in Sanibel and it was a good experience, the hotel is very good, the beach is just a couple of minutes walking, the pool is very clean, like the room is very clean and every day they clean it and change the towels and sheets, the included breakfast is very good, it is a very quiet place like the whole island.

Another great stay

This has been our third stay here and we will always come back to stay here when in Sanibel. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. My only complaint this trip was the loud ac in the room. Im a light sleeper and every time it turned on or off it made a really loud bang.

We were amazed by the room recently renovated with gulf view. We got an upgrade due to our anniversary without no additional cost. Nice healthy breakfast included, quiet, private beach. Definitely we will come back. We used before other locations of the Inns but we think this is the best for couples. The front desk girl Lilia and her manager were very kind and friendly

Perfect Seaside Stay!!!!

We had a great stay at the Seaside Inn. The staff was wonderful to deal with. They texted us during our stay to see how everything was going. Amber was very attentive and exceeded our expectations of service. The resort is quiet with direct access to the beach. There was always chairs and umbrellas waiting. The grab and go breakfast was always full and enough options for our family. I recommend the Seaside Inn for a quiet, direct beach access stay. Thanks again.

Not safe for toddlers

Main issue was that the door does not have a toddler proof lock. Like there is no chain or bar at top. So basically my toddler could open the door and run outside to the pool at will. So that was very stressful. They were hard to get ahold of at front desk but besides those things amenities were nice and we enjoyed the trip

The rooms are dated , needs to be updated. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. The beach isn't private because there were boats at the beach and there were people using fishing poles and fishing nets behind this resort. It's ashamed that all the money we paid it wasn't worth it. This resort doesn't mention that the guest are allowed to fish. We were out on the beach with kayaks and there was a man yelling at us to be careful with the fishing lines. Out of the 3 nights we we're there, we were able to sleep well 1 night because other guest were noisy and the AC was too noisy to keep it on. So we turned it off and cleaned the ceiling fan and turned on to stay cool during the night. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.
