Check in took almost an hour because they were short staffed. Room was small. Mattress was old enough that it had depressions from people sleeping in it. Could hear every word of a phone conversation the person in the next room was having at 6am on a Sunday morning while they were speaking at a normal level. Signs about saving water to be eco friendly, but single use plastics used for everything. Wouldn’t recommend.

Poor front desk service. I paid for a hot breakfast as promised. The first date, a “continental” breakfast which consisted of minimal options was served. The second day, nothing was served. When I went to the front desk to inquire about a refund for breakfast, I was told that since I made my reservations through Expedia, she couldn’t help me. I also wanted to change my form of payment and was told I couldn’t do that either. Her name was Rita. Not very professional or not well trained. After speaking with Rafael, the manager, an adjustment was made to my account.
