While these amenities are usually open and available, their operation is outside of our control. As hosts, we are fully responsible for the comfort, cleanliness, and quality of the apartment itself; however, we are not responsible for temporary closures or changes to shared amenities made by the condominium.

For this reason, no refunds or compensation are offered due to the unavailability of shared amenities.

We want you to have an amazing stay with us 😊 This is a quiet residential home, so we kindly ask you to help us respect our neighbors and take care of the space as if it were your own.

The goal of this BNB is to provide a comfortable place to rest and enjoy. You are welcome to play music at a reasonable volume and have a good time, but parties, loud events, and exceeding the number of guests in the reservation are not allowed. Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your stay.

🚭 No smoking is allowed on the property. Fines and possible eviction may apply.

🐶 Pets:

Service dogs are welcome at no additional cost.
Documentation has to be provided though.
In all cases, guests are responsible for any damages caused.

👥 Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay on the property.

🍽️ Any stains or damages will be charged according to replacement or repair costs.

🕚 Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. (any different time must be agreed in advance). Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

🔑 Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

🚗 Please park only in the designated area; any towing costs will be the guest’s responsibility.

📦 We are not responsible for any packages delivered to the property.
