Charming and beautiful home with pool

Experience the best island living has to offer in this beautifully maintained beach house. It sits on a 10,000 sq ft lot which allows for ample parking for your vehicles including your RV and boat! New roof and top of the line A/C unit installed in 2015. The Laguna Shores community offers its residents two private deeded beach accesses and it is located on the south end of the island away from the busy downtown area but yet a close bike-ride or walk to shopping, restaurants, Lovers Key State Park and more. Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, and South Fort Myers are a short ride away. The property has a profitable rental history for the past few years. It will not last!
