The Town of Fort Myers Beach Registration Number is 19-0096, and the property is a member of both the Florida Vacation Rental Management Association and the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce. The photos are up-to-date, taken post-Hurricane Ian as of July 10, 2024\. The rebuild and remodel are fully complete. Please look us up on the web and social media under Southern Serenity FMB for links to our video and virtual tours. If considering other properties in Fort Myers Beach, verify with the host that their photos are current, as some properties are not yet rebuilt and may display pre-Ian images. The house is a beautifully renovated, non-smoking property with five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and two kitchens. It is situated at the north end of the island, close to Times Square, the new Margaritaville Resort, and the bustling downtown and Bayside Park areas. It comfortably sleeps 12, not counting an inflatable twin mattress and a pack-n-play. Due to fire code regulations, we cannot accommodate more than 13 guests, with no exceptions. The house comes fully equipped with towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and more. The outdoor area is as inviting as any on the island, featuring an oversized, heated pool for your enjoyment. The pool is reputed to be the largest private pool on the island, maintained at a steady 83 degrees (though it may be warmer from May to October as we do not cool it). Beach chairs, pub tables, and an outdoor grill are also provided for your use. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, along with Xfinity high-definition cable offering over 140 channels, including an extra sports package. Each bedroom is fitted with a wall-mounted HD TV with cable access (four out of five bedrooms have smart TVs). Expect to find more amenities than usual for a vacation rental. We provide a pack-n-play, highchair, booster seat, two high-capacity washing machines, two dryers, hair dryers in each bathroom, and a hair straightener in one bathroom. The list of included amenities is too extensive to detail fully here. Please note: Southern Serenity is equipped with outdoor security cameras. This listing is for your private use of the entire house, pool, and outdoor space. Shelley and I are accessible throughout your stay, but we\`ll stay out of your hair. Some of our guests come tell us they come back every years in-part because of the relationships they\`ve built with the neighbors. Fort Myers Beach, especially where we\`re at on the north end of the island, is very walkable. If you stop to pick up groceries along your trip on to the island or if you have your groceries delivered, you could easily get away without renting a car or golf cart. We\`re told that the pool is the largest private pool on the island and is heated to a constant 83 degrees (pool will be warmer than that from May-October as we don\`t cool it). We had such a wonderful stay Brad & Shelly’s home. Upon arrival we found the property to be pristine clean. It’s way bigger than I thought it would be. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room! The beds were all super comfy. There are essentially 3 floors & the basement area could be an apartment on its own-there’s a kitchenette, full bath all down there. There’s 2 sets of washers and dryers which helped keep our towels clean and dry. Lots of thoughtful additions if you have babies, like high chairs, pack and play, toilet seats and steps, baby spoons etc. It was HOT the week we stayed and the air conditioning kept up nicely. The pool area was so wonderful! The outdoor space was large with lots of chairs, a grill, garbage cans etc and was nice and private. Essentially everything felt new at the house and freshly renovated and modern. It was nicely decorated as well. There were tons of beach gear, chairs, sand toys, shell collecting bags, a wagon and cart to carry the supplies. Only 1 umbrella but you can rent additional gear at the beach. The walk to the beach was short. The beach itself wasn’t overly crowded and the water was shallow and nice and warm. We walked and walked far out and it didn’t get very deep. We looked at several properties in FMB and are certainly glad we chose this one! ##### Heather S. The home was so quiet, comfortable, and clean, and even with 9 of us staying we never felt like we were in each others way. The pool area was so nice that we spent most of our time there even though the beach was only a short block away! The property is a very close walk to many restaurants, shops, and bars. The entire area around the house is very clean, upkept, and quaint. Working with the owners was very easy - our texts/questions were answered immediately before, during, and after our stay. We had a fabulous time the weather was perfect the host is right the pool is probably the largest private pool on the island it is absolutely stunning the house was clean it had all of the amenities we needed and it was a short walk to the beach for a sunset every evening. There were six of us and there are six beds in the house it was perfect! If I could give the host 10 stars I would we will definitely be booking this place again. It is in the perfect location a Fort Myers Beach close to all the fun restaurants bike rentals convenience and grocery store we didn’t have to leave we were in paradise. ##### Cathi P.
