This condo offers a shared pool with lanai, a patio overlooking the beach, and a full kitchen. Sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping for 6 a breeze! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Publix, and the beach theater. Located on the South end of the Island. This property is restricted to bi-weekly rentals. Rentals must be the first 2 weeks or the last 2 weeks of a month. Mid-month arrival or departure may be possible the summer months but must be approved prior to rental. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
