A path to white sand beaches is 0.2 miles to the north and south, Lover’s Key State Park 0.5 miles south and FMB district 4 miles north. Easy walk to scenic/peaceful bay beaches. Newly now open restaurants and food trucks at the town center. This 1 bdrm studio with kitchenette, washer, dryer, linens, shampoo/conditioner, speedy wifi Pets $50/night/pet min fee 100 Coming soon (April 8th) a full kitchen! We are please to announce that we have completed the renovations of our beach house post Ian. Th All of the pictures on this listing are post storm. Vacation and relax poolside the studio across the street from the beach and nature preserve. White sand beach access is 0.2 miles to the north, and Lover’s Key state park (now open!) is 0.5 miles to the south. Publix is open and 3 miles away. Close to exceptional restaurants in Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a short trolly ride or easy bike ride to the tourist district/Fort Myers Beach Town Center. The location of this home offers a short walk to scenic and peaceful bay beaches, and easy access to FMB town center - the best of both worlds to get the most out of your vacation. Please note that the Island is still suffering the impacts of the devastation of Ian. Sleeping: Super comfy King size bed and full size sleeper sofa Kitchette has a keurig coffee maker, Tea kettle, toaster, microwave, minifridge, rice maker, electric skillet, and hotplate. There is also a bbq right outside your door. Dining table with seating for 4\. The internet is super fast 1200mbs download and 30mbs upload. We provide towels for the beach, beach chairs, beach wagon, and linens and towels. Pets are welcome. $50/night per pet, minimum $100 fee. This is in a studio apartment. You have complete and private access to the first floor studio apartment. The pool and spa are shared with the other units. If you need more space, you can also rent all three units together and get access to the entire home (5 bedrooms and bathrooms and pool all to yourself). Contact me for more information. Fort Myers Beach is defined by its miles and miles of crystal-white beaches and thick Florida foliage. You can access most of the area by bike or take the Trolley. We live right on Estero Blvd that carries you through the bulk of Estero Island, with Bowditch Point Park at the northern point and Lovers Key State Park at the southern point. We are super close the Lovers Key State Park The beach is a 0.5 mile walk. Plenty of restaurants within 1 to 2 miles. The fishing pier is 5.6 miles. Lovers key State Park 2.7 miles. Great Trolley, that takes your from the south to the north end of the Island. Only 0.75 cents per ride or $2 all day. It is a 30 minute drive or Uber and 28 miles While the home is back to pre-hurricane condition, the Island is still suffering the impacts from the storm. Publix is open along with a number of restaurants, food trucks and shops. More open every week. Fort Myers Beach, fl, is a laid-back paradise on a seven-mile barrier island in Southwest Florida. Estero Blvd is the main street that runs along the gulf sandy beaches. Visitors can enjoy the old Florida feel of the town, with its outdoor restaurants, shops, and festivals. The town was hit by a category 4 hurricane in 2022 and is still recovering from the impacts. The Publix, CVS and many restaurants and bars have opened on the Island. The beach is famous for its sugary white sand, stunning sunsets, and diverse watersports such as parasailing and kayaking. (1) Pool Use – Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and are strictly enforced. Swimming alone is not permitted. Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision at all times. (2) Tropical Environment – The property is located in a tropical environment where insects and rodents are common. While the Owner uses best efforts to minimize pests, occasional contact with insects or rodents inside or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement and does not qualify for a refund or rental adjustment. (3) Reporting Issues – Any issues with the unit must be reported immediately to the Owner via the booking platform messaging system. The Owner will be given a reasonable amount of time to address and resolve the issue. Issues that do not prevent reasonable and habitable occupancy do not constitute a breach of this Agreement and do not qualify for a refund or rental adjustment. (4) Thermostat / Air Conditioning – Do not set the thermostat below 70°F. In general, it should not be set more than 16°F below the outdoor temperature (for example, if it is 92°F outside, the thermostat should not be set below 76°F). Failure to follow this guideline may cause the compressor to freeze and may result in damage charges. (5) Security Cameras – For your safety, security cameras are in use and will be recording during your stay. Cameras are located outside only, including the pool area and at each entrance to the home (front door, side door, and sliding doors). Do not unplug, tamper with, or disable the cameras. A $100 fee will be charged if cameras are disrupted and need to be restored. (6) Occupancy & Parties – Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Parties and events are not permitted, and community disturbance policies are strictly enforced. (7) Noise – No amplified music is permitted. If neighbors can hear you, the noise level is too loud. (8) Pets – Pets may not be left unattended and must not disturb neighbors or other guests. (9) Pool Temperature – The pool is typically maintained at approximately 82°F. When the ambient outdoor temperature drops below 60°F, the pool heat pump may not be able to maintain this temperature, and the water temperature may be lower.
