Location, location, location. Nice, mellow area without noise. Beautiful beach and sunsets, pool, grocery store right across street, trolley with a great route, very clean and comfortable unit. Wish it had in-unit washer/dryer but the laundry area was in a convenient location and kept real clean. Seaside Resort is one we’ll visit often!
