Whether you're curled up with a book, streaming your favorite show, or planning the day's adventures, this space invites you to slow down and stay awhile.

Distinctive Beach Rentals manages individually owned units at Seaside Resort but is not responsible for construction in neighboring properties, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Due to ongoing recovery efforts from Hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, island-wide construction or restoration may be present during your stay. This could include noise, nearby building activity, increased traffic, or beach restoration work. We value transparency and want guests to be aware that these conditions are beyond our control as the entire community rebuilds. No compensation or refunds will be issued due to construction-related impacts. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the potential for restoration related disruptions. Beautiful location for swimming. A few short steps away from the beach. The swimming pool was fantastic. Sadly, the elevator was broken and that created an issue for someone that is postop, from hip replacement surgery and not able to navigate steps to the third floor that easily. The close proximity of the Publix was a bonus due to the lack of many/variety of restaurants to select from in that area. Doc Fords restaurant was a big hit.
