There is a small patio with two chairs just off the kitchen that overlooks the pool area. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. One guest bath is just off the living room and a second bath just across from the king master and twin bedroom. Outside the screened pool offers hours of endless entertainment and is complete with plenty of seating options, TV, and fridge. Guests can find an outdoor entertainment area with a basketball game, foosball, darts, and a firepit. For added convenience there is a washer, dryer, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The pool and all accoutrements indoors and out were wonderful. The separation of one bedroom/bath from two others with bath, on either side of the house, proved perfect for grandparents who needed a bit more sleep in the AM. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Mound House---a beautiful historic and archaeological property. We liked the layout of the house, the from yard, and ofcourse the covered pool area, where we spend a lot of hours.
