Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment fully renovated with an additional queen sofa bed in the living room, inside laundry, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Lanai overlooking the ocean. Tile floor on the bedrooms, kitchen, and hall, with a brand new carpet in the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to make it easy to prepare full course meals. Breakfast table to enjoy the morning coffee, new air conditioning, and more. The master suite has a California king size bed, in-room TV, full private bathroom, very comfortable reclining seat, and a walking closet . The guest bedrooms have two twin beds, a walking closet, and an in-room TV. The living room has a brand new queen sofa bed. Perfect weather and the pool temp was absolutely perfect! The beach was very relaxing and not crowded. We enjoyed that the condo had an umbrella and chairs to take down to the beach but you can also rent them for 30 a day if you want. Cozy beds as well! We decided to spend an entire month in our favorite place. We enjoyed everything about the condo. The unit is spacious and bright. Our family of four was very comfortable. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful and water temperature is perfect. The location is very convenient, it’s about 1.5 miles to the Publix and CVS is right across the street. The Santini Plaza is two blocks away with several options for eating out.
