About this property
Oceanview 3-bdrm home steps from beach! Heated pool & hot tub. Sleeps 6.
- Wobbly Pelican #2 sits next door to the original 3 bedroom Wobbly Pelican (#1). The home currently has a beautiful ocean view and the beach is just steps away! The exterior of the house is new including siding, windows, doors & AC. The heated pool has been re-tiled / re-surfaced and a new privacy fence has been installed. The main elevated living floor has new flooring and paint among other updates. The house boasts one large deck which has a portion that is screened in. 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, Twin + Twin) and 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. Maximum occupancy is 6. Property is located between public beach access 16 and 17 which is about 1/2 mile from the Publix grocery store to the north and 1/2 mile from CVS to the south.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC to 76.
Turn SPA OFF (ie waterfall is ON).
Sign out of all of your personal TV Apps.
TV remotes in respective rooms on nightstand.
Turn off all lights, shut all exterior doors and windows.
Only leave unopened food/drink.
Leave all sheets on the beds – DO NOT strip.
Start laundry with towels ONLY.
All beach chairs, pool and beach toys, etc. are rinsed off and placed back the garage.
Lock ALL exterior doors – up and down.
NOTE: If you are leaving before your required 10am check-out time, please notify us via text the day before departure so that cleaners can be notified.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
