You are in the middle of Margaritaville traffic. You are in a busy street but everything calms down after 9pm. It is quiet at night. We stayed 3 nights. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. There is construction all over the island from the hurricanes. The property next door is a vacant lot. When calling the property manager or host, it was a very slow respond. actually, on day one we did not get a call back, and on day two, they came to the site as we were checking out. It was about 40 minutes from RSW but the round trip Uber from the airport was cheaper than renting a car for the length of our stay and you truly do not need a car rental if you plan to stay local. The host was quick with answering questions and very accommodating, our flight wasn’t until the evening and the host did their best to accommodate our needs until then! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had several important amenities such as an ice maker, filtered water, and shower toiletries. The balcony was also a great place to spend down time since it was shaded and had a table and two chairs. The provided beach towels really made packing much lighter as well. When I come back to the Fort Myers area I will surely rent this Vrbo again. It was an amazing stay!! ##### Faith M.
