Our newly renovated unit is located on the first floor above the open-air parking garage. One bedroom, king size bed, walk-in closet, fully stocked kitchen, and beach towels included. Smart TV, Bosch dishwasher, keyless entry, on-site laundry. Enjoy drinks and dolphin watch on our two lanais located off the bedroom and living areas. Or watch a beautiful sunset each evening under our deck and two chickee huts. Publix Supermarket directly across the street as well as two fine dining restaurants behind Publix at the Snook Bight Marina. The beach trolley stops at our door to take you north to Times Square and Bowditch Park, or south to Santini Plaza and Lovers Key Park. Water activities on the island include jet skiing, parasailing, wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Or explore the island by bicycle, a leisurely walk on the beach for fantastic shelling and bird watching.
