There were pool floaties and lawn chairs and other accessories for the beach. There even a pull behind cart to get these items to and from the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and large shower in the bath. There is plenty of storage area. Grateful to find a place that was available after seeing the aftermath of the hurricane. It lived up to all that was advertised and was perfect! Some construction happening on neighboring lots but glad to see progress. The back yard was great for relaxing and even tho it was too chilly to get in the pool it gave great ambiance! Beautiful pool. Walking distance to beach & town. Ft Myers right now has so much construction so only downside right now is the hammering & big trucks that can be heard from house & while in pool. The home was spotless, easy to find and on a very peaceful street. The weather was not as we had hoped, but it was still better than back home. We would love to come again when it is a bit warmer. This was such a great house for my family to stay in! It had everything we needed for a little getaway. The house was super clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk & the wagon they provided (along with beach towels & toys!) was SO nice to have. The pool & outside area was a lot bigger than it looked, it'd be so that was a plus! David was quick to get back to be with some questions I had during our stay. We had a wonderful time & hope to be back some day! ##### Kayla R. My family and I enjoy the villa very much! It was very clean and the perfect size for a family of 4\. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very pretty. The villa is in the perfect location, a short walk to the beach and lots of food trucks. We were able to walk to Times Square easily. The pool was a nice perk. They provided a wagon to get to the beach. My only issue was the beach chair was broken and the umbrella was on the way out and they only had one.Not a big deal at all. The owner was able to help us right away when we had an issue or question. Very communicative and helpful We will definitely return!!. ##### Alana H. Excellent communication with the owners, great location, and super cute property! The pool is more spacious than it appears in pictures. The beach wagon and related chairs and toys were appreciated by the adults and three kids! The kitchen had everything we needed, and a charcoal grill with charcoal was a nice surprise. While construction was going on around us at other properties, we could not hear it inside the house. Note to future renters, get an updated list of businesses open as neither Google maps nor Apple Maps were correct. We found plenty of places to eat out, just don’t go off those maps :).
