- Everything is brand new in this 3-bedroom house with full laundry room. All the amenities of home at the beach. 4 min walk to the beach. Around the corner from the Publix grocery store, marina and restaurants. Immaculately maintained for a stress-free vacation. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler are ready to use. New pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating 6 pool lounge chairs, 5 adnorondeck chairs and an outdoor dining table. Backyard also has giant connect 4, corn hole, and kids scooter.
**Pool/spa has a heater and can be heated for an additional fee.
