(215-The "Tommy" Cottage & 217- The "Tommy" Suite). This unique space features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths & appr. 1700 sq.feet. We are only 400 yards from The Gulf of Mexico on the North End of the island!!! There is a shared back yard w/the 3rd unit downstairs (owners suite) w/an outside bar, firepit & gazebo for your enjoyment. This is a VERY UNIQUE property!
