Enjoy multiple levels of outdoor living space for lounging, dining, or entertaining. The master suite impresses with high ceilings, elegant new furnishings, and a private ensuite bath, creating a personal oasis within the home.

Inside you'll find a beautifully appointed living area, hotel quality, five star linens and towels, and pool towels provided for your convenience. Any additional beach essentials being easily rented from the management company as needed.

In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areas—including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples—offer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Outdoor adventures like fishing charters, snorkeling, jet skiing, and parasailing are all nearby, and with Southwest Florida International Airport just a short drive away, your tropical escape couldn't be easier. Quick and easy access on and off island from this home!

The pool is heated to 80-85 degrees with the spa remaining the same temperature as the pool.

The electronics system such as iPads in walls, sound system, landscaping lights, and fire pit by pool will not be accessible to guests. No boats allowed overnight at the dock and guest must stay off owners boat.

Sorry no Spring Break groups allowed except families! Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.

This house was amazing! There are plenty of places to spread out for a group of 12. There are two kitchens, 3 living spaces, plenty of showers and bathrooms and an amazing pool right on the bay. We found this space to be perfect for our family and will be back again.

great home and location

we rented this home for 1 week the house manager responded quickly to our needs. this home is within a 3 minute walk to the beach, it has 2 full kitchens perfect for a large family trip. everyone felt comfortable, we loved our stay.

Awesome place

This was our second time staying at Blessings by the bay , we were fortunate to be one of the first renters the new owner had . We enjoyed it so much that we booked a second time and I'm sure we will continue to use it as we enjoy it's location and all the amenities it has to offer Preston with Coastal Breeze was and is the best to deal with , she was there for us to assist with all our needs . Great place , and very grateful to be able to stay there.

Blessings by the bay was above our expectations! The house was stunningly appointed and had answered all are needs and wants . Good luck to the new owners ! Only suggestion , some sort of curtains or blinds in the master , I agree that the view is stunning and shouldn't be missed , but the sun does blast you early in the morning , too early sometimes ! Again great place we will rent this place again
