This was our 2nd time renting, different condo this trip. Absolutely lovely , updated condo with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. The views from the lanai are spectacular and we loved the location of the complex.. in the quieter end but still within walking distance to Times Square. Having a washer/ dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Beach and pool are wonderful. We met many lovely guests and owners and can't wait to go back!! Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us. On the beach and just far enough away from Time Square that you can choose to relax at a quiet beach at the villas or take a short walk up the beach to the pier. This newly remodeled villa is spacious and beautiful. The screened in porch is perfect to watch the sunset or see dolphins in the morning. We fixed dinner a few nights and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. They supplied beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which was very nice. We also found the property manager to be very efficient when needed. We would definitely recommend this rental to other friends and family. ##### pam C. The pictures of the condo does not do it justice. Everything in the condo is high-end and beautiful. The condos has a large balcony that overlooks beach oven. We were there March 20, 2021 - March 26, 2021\. As you can guess spring break was in full swing but the beach in front of the condo was not busy at all.
