#### Our FL vacation.

We stayed in bldg C of this complex 3 yrs ago. Hurricane Ian hit in Sept of 2022\. This complex has made great strides to allow their owners access to their units for personal and rental purposes. The grounds have a lot of recovery yet but the pool is open and so is the shore. We stayed in Bldg B this time around and look forward to being back next year.

#### Beachfront Haven

We loved the lazy beach days at Carmen's beautifully decorated condo. She was quick to respond to all our inquiries and the condo had all the beach paraphernalia one could want. Breathtaking sunsets! We gave a 4 star overall rating only because of the beach reclamation project outside of the condo, went on 24/7 with heavy machinery constantly making noise. However, we know this is temporary and hope we can return next year!

#### Ft Meyers - EBTC

The unit was what we expected. The view was nice and constant breeze on the patio. The adjacent beach was being worked on and not available, but only a short walk to access neighboring section. They had an elevator broken, so there were a few times we waited for 10-15 for elevator, but overall a good experience.
