Please note that a Homeowners Association (HOA) application is required for this vacation home and must be submitted at least 25 days prior to your arrival. The non-refundable application fee is $150.00 per individual, though total fees may vary based on the number of additional occupants listed on the application and necessary background checks. Failure to submit the application on time may result in delays or cancellation of your stay—please plan accordingly.  
  
Nestled on the sun-kissed south end of Fort Myers Beach, Grandview is a pristine example of contemporary luxury living. This newly constructed three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo redefines elegance and comfort with its tasteful design and high-end amenities.  
  
Upon entering the unit, guests are greeted by a kitchen that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Adorned with beautiful marble countertops and a spacious island, the kitchen is a chef's delight. Equipped with brand-new appliances, it offers a seamless blend of style and functionality. The adjacent living room is a haven of comfort, featuring plush furnishings and an inviting ambiance. The living area opens up to a private balcony, providing a front-row seat to breathtaking views of the bay.  
  
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of opulence, featuring a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that rivals a spa retreat. The ensuite is equipped with his and her sinks, ensuring convenience and luxury, and a generously sized walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are equally inviting, with one boasting a king-sized bed and the other featuring two twin beds. Each bedroom has its dedicated bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.  
  
For those who need a workspace, the unit includes a well-appointed office room, complete with a sleeper sofa for added versatility. With a total capacity to accommodate up to eight guests, Grandview is an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a luxurious getaway.  
  
Guests have access to a host of amenities provided by the association. A highlight is the outdoor heated pool, inviting residents to unwind and soak up the Florida sun. Beyond the pool, the association offers several other amenities including a fitness center with a yoga studio, four lighted tennis courts, a spacious lanai with outdoor bar, and many more creating a holistic living experience that goes beyond the confines of the individual unit.  
  
Grandview #603 is more than just a residence; it's an experience. From the thoughtfully designed interiors to the captivating views and communal amenities, this luxury apartment epitomizes the epitome of modern coastal living on Fort Myers Beach.   
  
This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle. Coastal Vacation Properties manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay.
