The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, featuring a spacious dining table with seating for six, a large sectional sofa, and a brand-new 75-inch Smart TV—ideal for relaxing evenings after a day in the sun. Multiple sliding glass doors open directly from the living area to the beautiful pool and patio.

The fully equipped kitchen, located adjacent to the living area, includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, providing everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The bedrooms are located along a quiet hallway just past the kitchen. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite access to the primary bathroom, complete with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and a convenient door leading directly to the pool area. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen bed and a bunk bed—perfect for additional guests or families. Both the second and third bedrooms share access to a full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The outdoor space is well-furnished with plenty of seating, surrounded by lush landscaping with small palms and enclosed by a white privacy fence. When renting this lower apartment, the pool is shared with the upper level unit. The property backs up to Matanzas Preserve, offering peaceful views and total privacy from neighbors and street noise. As an added convenience, there’s also an outdoor shower located just off the entrance to the ground-level residence—perfect for rinsing off after a beach day or swim. The pool is maintained at a comfortable 83°F it’s the perfect spot to soak up the sun. Don’t forget your sunscreen—you may not want to leave! On a cooler Florida evening the fire pit just the right choice!



Important disclosure regarding pool heater: During Florida’s cold weather we cannot guarantee that a pool heater can keep up. Electric pool heaters do not run when outdoor air temperatures fall below 52°.

Guest Access:

This residence occupies the first level of a beautifully remodeled duplex property. This smaller, separate apartment is located on the ground floor. There is a larger upper apartment that shares the common areas of the property. Each unit is completely private, sharing no interior space—there are no connecting doors or stairways between them. Guests of this lower residence have exclusive access to all of the spaces described above, as well as the shared pool area and the left side of the driveway in front of the home, which provides parking for up to three vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

This residence is situated on a quiet and highly unique cul-de-sac street that borders Matanzas Pass Preserve. As a result, rather than finding yourself across from noisy neighbors when enjoying the pool you will find nothing but preserve between you and the beach! The island is rebuilding With restaurants and shopping reopening constantly, there are more experiences on island for guests to enjoy every week! There are also multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures.



Getting Around:

🚗 3 vehicle maximum parking 🛻

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. It picks up and drops off at the corner of Bay Road and Estero next to the library. Another fantastic way to travel is to rent a bicycles or golf carts.
