It is freshly painted and ready for accepting new guests!! Walking through the front door you will see the sun glistening off the Gulf waters. The great room is infused with natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai. The remodeled kitchen is immediately to your right. Granite counters, custom wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances are just a few of the upgrades to this kitchen. The owners have carefully stocked the kitchen with everything you will need for preparing your meals while here on vacation. There is a breakfast bar allowing your guests to pull up a stool and keep the cook company while in the kitchen. Tucked away neatly in the kitchen are your own private washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The open concept of the kitchen allows you to see the Gulf waters. The dining room is adjacent to the breakfast bar. This tropical table has cut out palm leaves for the backs of the dining room chairs to remind you that you are living the island life. The living room is spacious and elegant. A stunning floral rug and leather sectional are the focal point of the room. A flat screen TV has been provided for your entertainment; however, with the beach outside your door you may find little time for being indoors. The living room sofa converts to a sleeper sofa for an additional two guests if needed. On those perfect Florida days, open the sliding glass doors allowing the Gulf breeze to flow through the condo. Smell the salt air, listen for the faint sound of the waves at the shore line, and let go of the stress of every day life. The screened in lanai allows for bug free days and nights. It's a wonderful place to sit back and relax and watch the daily happenings of beach life from the privacy of your own condo. The master bedroom is off the living room towards the back of the condo. Complete with a king size bed and private in-room TV it provides all the comforts of home and then some. A private entrance to the lanai allows for some late night star gazing without waking anyone. The full ensuite bathroom has been lovingly remodeled. It's has a tub/shower combination allowing for a relaxing soak or an invigorating shower. The guest bedroom is located towards the front of the condo. Two twin beds, an in-room TV, and full ensuite remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures that your guests are well provided for. Heading out towards the back of the condo you will find seven miles of white sugar sand beach beckoning you to explore. Take a short walk to the south of the condo where you will find beachfront cabana rentals for relaxing at the waters edge in comfort. Heading to the north of the condo are parasailing and Jet Ski adventures waiting for those with an adventurous side to them. Carlos Point complex is located towards the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach, providing easy access on and off the island. The complex itself offers a beautiful in-ground heated pool beachside, along with a common room with ping pong table and poolside bathrooms. The complex is very well maintained for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. Jump on the trolley outside the front of the condo and head south to Bonita Beach or Lovers Key State Park for miles of secluded beaches and shelling. Head north on the trolley where you can stop at Santini Marina Plaza visiting the boutiques, restaurants and nightlife or book a sunset, dolphin or fishing charter. Head a little further north on the trolley and you will find the beach movie theater which is always a treat. Catch a first run movie and have dinner or lunch while there! Yes, you do have to walk approximately a city block to get to the shoreline but that is how it is at mid-island for Estero too. You can walk to mid -island thru the mangroves or on the sidewalk; and can walk to Lovers Key too. When we arrived, there was nobody working on-site at the property and 3 cars in the lot total. We found out when we arrived that the pool was closed for construction during our stay. The living room couch needs to be replaced. The photos make it look bright white and half of it is a deep dingy yellow. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and could also be replaced. It didn’t feel sanitary here. We noticed that nobody was out on the beach when we looked out off the balcony. We had issues with figuring out the parking information since nobody was on staff. After not hearing back from the host till late that night, we decided to not stay at this property. We booked a completely different condo at another result closer to Times Square and all the hot spot restaurants. If you want to stay somewhere with foot traffic, attractions and a better part of the beach- avoid this property! I went back and forth between customer support and the host the entire week while we were at another resort trying to see about getting any sort of reimbursement for false advertisement. Customer support keep telling me it was up to the host, and the host would say she couldn’t get anywhere with customer support. Just kept getting the ring around. Neither side were able to help! The host tried to offer sending an Amazon gift card if we didn’t leave a bad review instead.. We ended up being out the money that we used to book the place for the week. In the end, it was worth it to be somewhere newer, cleaner and around other travelers! ##### Sydney C. It was nice to be away from the crowds that are closer to the town center. You could go enjoy the crowd scene if you wanted and return to calm. So many things nearby. We enjoyed the extensive and more reasonable menu of the Sandbar Grille. Flippers was excellent. Fun at the roof top restaurant at Lana Kai and ask for Jeremy! Santini Plaza is walking distance from the condo with several shops and restaurants (farmer's market each Tuesday and Thursday is great). The beach is quiet even though we visited during "spring break" season. Lover's Key State Park is just a short walk over the bridge. The unit was lovely and the view is beautiful. Having rented numerous VRBOs this was but far the best we've had. Start with the owners. The were great to deal with. They were friendly and informative. The location is on the "quiet" part of Fort Myers Beach. And it was. Many it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The other occupants at the time we're great too. And, it has that million dollar view! There were times we just sat on the Lani and watched the water, the boats, and the people. Watching the sunrise from there was a special everyday treat. What a way to start your day. Inside the unit you'll find everything for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean and shows that the owners care about it. We cannot recommend this rental enough. The only thing that we weren’t expecting was the ocean calmness. It was very calm on this end of the island. Great for fishermen or families with small children. ##### Tabatha B. It was very clean the staff that maintains the property are on site every AM making sure the pool and common areas are ready for the day. The property was exactly as advertised. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The local beach is great for chilling, watching the wildlife but not the best swimming beach. The pool makes up for that though, very well maintained and always a fun crowd hanging out there. ##### Stuart C. It was clean, many upgrades, walking distance to the beach, and quiet at night. Restaurants and shopping within driving distance. Highly recommend Lovers Key State Park. Would only hesitate if you have young children or elderly with you. It is a hike to the water(1/4 mile). Also, they closed big sections of this beach until August for endangered birds, and you have to walk around those. Otherwise, great peaceful location and pretty views of gulf! ##### Traci s. Second floor location makes access easy via either elevator or stairs. Very nice pool area with plenty of seating. The owner, Sanjib, was easily the most accessible and responsive of any I’ve dealt with in the many years we’ve rented thru VRBO. The beach is very nice and clean but be prepared for a long walk across a huge beach to get to the waters edge. That makes it very easy to “socially distance” during these Covid times. We never had any of the red tide during our 3 weeks there. This is the quiet end of Estero Island, which was comforting vs the crowds (sans masks) on the busy north end. Perfect place for a calm, relaxing holiday. ##### Marty B. We enjoyed a nice stay at this property. All was as advertised. We especially enjoyed the screened in Lanai overlooking the beach. It was also nice to have the pool area which is sheltered and protected from the wind which is great for cooler and windy days. We loved our stay here! The condo was spacious, had everything we needed, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Just a short walk in the sand and you’re at the beach. This beachfront condo was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The condo was clean and well-furnished. The views are amazing. It never felt crowded. We had an issue with our combination lock and the owner was there in minutes to rectify it. He was amazing to work with. We enjoyed the excellent view from the screened in balcony. The condo was very updated and nicely decorated. It was a quiet location. I would suggest that items like dishwasher soap, toilet paper, and tissues be included in your rental so that the renters don't need to go buy these items. ##### Sharon S.
