Slide open the glass doors to your private lanai and take in the breathtaking scenery. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a central island, bar seating, and ample storage—ideal for cooking and entertaining. From the kitchen and dining area, you'll continue to enjoy spectacular water views. The spacious primary suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, smart TV with Roku/antenna, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has direct access to the lanai, where the washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in a closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a smart TV, with a full guest bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. It was very spacious and felt like home. It was clean and had attractive decor The location is perfect. Our beach access was a short walk to a great beach location. My husband and son enjoyed easy access to fishing in the canal daily. The host attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again. Very spacious with large rooms and all the essentials. Great bay views and quiet. Management company quick to respond when we needed a new toaster. We liked the location as we prefer south island. Walk to the beach is possible but it was HOT - loved that we could drive and park in preferred parking closer to Estero Blvd. Plenty of restaurants have opened up on the island. Lots of new construction going on which is great to see, however, there are plenty of places in need of being taken down after Hurricane Ian. You could actually see the ocean driving up/down Estero Blvd...so lots of ocean front real estate available. Island is coming back but slow. We enjoyed this condo and our time on FMB! ##### Frank M. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s on the south end of the island so it’s much quieter and less busy. We rode our bikes everywhere. Plenty of restaurant options within walking/biking distance as well as the beach. In my opinion it is a perfect location, on the water, marina very close to watch the boats come in and out, and very close to the beach. Would love to stay here again in the future. ##### Jill L.
