Comfy & cozy, we LOVED it. The perfect launch point for exploring Ft. Myers Beach. Also perfect for day trips to Sanibel, Captiva & Gasparilla. We used the pool and hot tub everyday and it was peaceful & relaxing. You are just a few steps from the beach, right out the back door of the building. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We took advantage of the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella in the unit. We also appreciated the washer and dryer, along with the fully stocked kitchen. Our every need was met. This property is located on the south end of the island. It is very close to Lover’s Key. It took awhile to get to the north end of the beach, which is where all of the tourist hang out. However, it was expected because of Spring Break. My wife and I really enjoyed all the amenities you get with this condo...everything you would need to have a comfortable beach vacation is right here. The owner kept in touch with us to make sure that we were getting along ok. Of course temps in the low 90's at the end of October really helped to. Would not hesistate to rent again. ##### Paul T. The location at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach is perfect--close to a gas station, drug store, bike rental, and a small shopping plaza with a few restaurants. A large grocery store is only a few miles away and can be reached by a trolley that runs frequently. The condo building is tidy and quiet and the unit itself is updated and comfortable for two people. The pool, tennis courts, hot tub and beach are only steps away and there are beach chairs, towels and an umbrella available. The owner responds quickly to inquiries and is very easy to deal with. Great condo, had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach. Had chairs, towels, cooler, beach umbrella, etc. The pool and hot tub were pluses as well. Walking distance to a strip mall with shopping and good restaurants.
