License#19-0849 Welcome! FB-Dahl House Properties Come stay at our little paradise! Our home offers five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a large private heated swimming pool, right along the canal leading out to the Gulf. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf. We are nestled between the bay and beach and located on the north end of the island, across the street from Lynn Hall Park and seven miles of sugar sand beach. We are only a few minute walk away from the heart of the action, such as Times Square, Fishing, Restaurants, Beach Shops, water sports. For those of you who came to relax, we are tucked away next to a canal where you can stay home and enjoy the quiet back yard oasis, with a large heated swimming pool, hot tub. You can also sit on the dock and look for manatees or dolphins that often visit our canal. If you're a boater, bring or rent a boat and tie it up on our dock. We are just minutes from the Gulf! Large boats may run into problems with low tide. Let us know if you will have a boat. Moss Marina is just around the corner from us as well. You may be able to keep your boat there, if it is large. We will soon have our large deck ready on the top of our house, where you can see for miles in every direction. You have front row seats for the fire works on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve. The entire house sleeps up to 12 people. There are STEPS going up to main levels. This is great for multiple families, each family can have their private area. Due to being located on the North end of the island, you can avoid long a long wait in traffic after getting off the bridge onto Estero Blvd. Another plus is we are located on the the North end of the island. The the busy times of year, it can take a very long time to get down to the south end of island by car. The floor plan of this 5 bedroom home gives your family or families plenty of room. The lower level features 2 bedrooms, each with a King bed, and each with their own bathroom. We have a large kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sleeper sofa a large flat screen TV, plus a pool table. It also features a nice outdoor deck overlooking the pool and the canal. There is seating area on the deck if you prefer to eat outside. There is also laundry room on the main level for your use. There is some some laundry soap included as well. The upper level has three bedrooms; a King sized Master Bedroom with a master bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin sized bed. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed. There are two sets of French doors leading out to a large deck overlooking the pool and the canal and Bay. There are steps leading into the upper level for a private entrance to the upstairs. There are also flat screen TV's in each bedroom. There is a kitchenette with a small washer and dryer upstairs as well. The bathroom in the upper area is huge, it has a steam shower is large enough to have a party in it! The house is equipped with Wi Fi. The bathrooms have bath towels, pool towels and beach towels. There is another full bathroom is located at the bottom of the steps leading out to the pool. Outside you will find: An outdoor griddle, outdoor dining areas. Most guests love spending most of their time either by the pool, or or fishing off of our dock. There are bikes available for rent just a few blocks away. You are minutes away from Times Square, where you can sign up for fishing trips, rent boats, go para sailing, or take a dolphin watching tour. You can even take a day trip to Key West. The Key West Express loads up just across the bridge from us. We are hoping that your family will enjoy our beach paradise as much as we do. Have a wonderful stay! Note: We have set it up to rent this out from Saturday to Saturday each week. This helps our cleaning crew schedule their time to clean as well as keeping the calendar organized during the busy season. Loved it all. I was a little worried when we pulled up because the drive and lawn were unkept and the camper next door and weeds growing up looked a little rough. Then I realized you are still under repairs from the hurricane. The property itself was Excellent, we had a great time. We spent most of our time outside at the pool and tiki bar. The only real negative was that the property and the neighborhood were not 100% repaired from the hurricane. There were a few things we were unable to use but we were aware of that before we arrived. Once the neighborhood is back up and running I couldn't think of a better place to stay. ##### Keith H. This property has been redone since the hurricane & turned out very nice! It is at a great location, not far from the beach or town square. You can also walk to many restaurants. The house was spacious and accommodating for the 10 people we had there. Plenty of fridge options, large ice maker, 2 washers & dryers. The Blackstone grill also was nice. It was cooler when we stayed there, so we used the hot tub more than the pool. Overall, we would definitely pick this house again to stay at. Angie was more than helpful as we were there & if we needed anything, she had an answer quickly! ##### Kelly K. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out on the 3 levels and we were within walking distance of anything we wanted! Although we had tropical storm rain and winds 4 out of the 7 days, we had the best time. With proximity to the beach and the downtown area, we were able to take quick advantage of breaks in the rain. The pool table and multiple covered decks were lifesavers for the moments we were trapped inside. But the best part was the hot tub, heated pool, and dock. We enjoyed those IN the rain (and in our sunny days of course). Fishing off the dock was amazing (frozen shrimp was the perfect bait). Because of the rain, we only had one manatee visitor and a couple dolphins in the canal, but it was pretty amazing to see. We rented kayaks and paddled around the canals and out into the bay. Highly recommend! Angie was an amazing hostess and so easy to communicate with. The house had lots of personal touches (fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies provided, odds and ends throughout the house, towels/pool/beach gear provided. The house was great and had plenty of space for everyone in our group. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach and right on the canal for fishing.
