Welcome to Fairview Isles 116, a beautifully appointed corner-unit condo offering the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience on the serene south end of Fort Myers Beach. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom monthly rental is designed for guests seeking comfort, fresh sea air, and easy beach access.  
  
Step inside and unwind in the inviting living area, where plush couches provide a cozy retreat after sun-soaked beach days. The open-concept layout includes a dining table for four and a breakfast bar with three barstools, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee.  
  
Enjoy the coastal breeze from two private balconies—one screened-in for tranquil lounging and the other accessible via a sliding glass door, offering a quiet nook to soak in the surroundings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and direct access to the screened balcony. Its en-suite bathroom is tastefully updated with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, while the remodeled guest bathroom also includes a walk-in shower for added convenience.  
  
Fairview Isles amenities include a sparkling community pool, BBQ grill area, and a screened-in gathering space with tables and chairs—perfect for dining al fresco or socializing with neighbors. Located just across the street from the beach, this condo places you steps away from the sand and surf, with the laid-back charm of Fort Myers Beach right at your doorstep.  
  
Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or a month-long coastal adventure, Fairview Isles 116 delivers the ideal setting for your Florida getaway.  
  
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.   
  
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.   
  
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
