    The Space:

    This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom lower level apartment is newly renovated with a full kitchen, living room, spacious bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, plus front screened lanai and back patio with backyard space. Perfect for one or two people. No carpet, all new finishes. There is a shared washer/dryer, grill, and outdoor shower onsite.2 parking spaces included, NO street parking allowed.



    Anchorage Street is located in the middle of Fort Myers Beach and has its own beach access point. You are just steps from your door to the white sand beaches and a short distance to the Publix grocery!



    For security purposes, there is a camera on the front of the home that covers the driveway.

    Annual / Long Term Rental Details:

    - Tenants must complete an application and background check before lease. Application Fee: $45/person

    - Rent: $1950 per month

    - Utilities included! Owner pays all utilities including Wi-Fi. Smart TVs are suggested.

    - Due at Signing: $3900 (first month & security deposit)

    - Lease Term: 6 - 12 months

    - Pets 1 dog may be considered per a discussion with owners. 1 cat maximum A $50/month pet rent fee is added to the monthly rent.

    - Unit has ability to come furnished or unfurnished
