The location of this property is well-loved due to being close to the Publix grocery and Anchorage having its own beach access point at the end of the street, so you are just steps from your door to the white sand! One side of the home (Unit A) has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, where both bedrooms feature a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The other side (Unit B) also has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, where one of the bedrooms features a queen bed while the other has two twins. There is a sleeper sofa in this living room as well. Both sides have a spacious open-concept layout with plenty of windows allowing lots of Florida sunshine in! Along with a living room, dining table, and bar seating in the kitchen of each. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. All linens are included. We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is also a washer and dryer in a laundry room located in the garage. To summarize: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 washer/dryer set. 3 queens, 2 twins, 2 sleeper sofas. Maximum 12 guests. This home has keyless entries so you can head right to the property at check-in time. Codes will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is aging, but that was understood going in, as was the lack of dishwashers in the two adjacent units. Not all bedrooms have queen-size beds as advertised. One had only a double, which was very uncomfortable for the two people who slept in it. One of the toilets did not work consistently. On the other hand, the public spaces were large and relatively comfortable and clean.
