Staff was very accommodating with room upgrade. Room view was spectacular for both the beach and city areas. Room and dining areas were very clean. Place does get busy so make sure to request valet in advance when needed.

When I received the room, I found used towels and soap. I suggest that you demand a little more from the housekeepers regarding the importance of delivering the room in optimal condition.

Incredible location and water views of Bayside. Poolside bar and onsite restaurants were convenient and enjoyable. As a Expedia VIP I received a complementary bottle of wine at check in! Close distance to cruise port terminal…. Will definitely stay here again.
