The space

Living Area: Bright, open-concept space with imported Italian marble floors, comfortable tufted sofas, a chic dining area, and a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment.

Bedrooms (Sleeps 8):
Master Suite 1: King-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, Roku TV.
Master Suite 2: King-sized bed, bathroom with a rain shower, Roku TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed, Roku TV.
Bedroom 4: Queen-sized bed, Roku TV.

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms. One is an en-suite with rain shower, another one with a shower and the third shared bathroom features a bathtub.
Outdoor Oasis: Your private backyard includes a sparkling heated pool, lounge chairs, and a gas grill for barbecues.
Beach & Pool Gear: We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and pool toys for your enjoyment.
Family-Friendly: The home is equipped with a Pack ’n Play, a high chair, and a selection of children’s books and toys.

House Rules
To ensure a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors, we strictly enforce the following rules. Please read them carefully before booking.
Maximum occupancy is 8 adults (10 guests total, including children) at all times.
Absolutely NO PARTIES or events of any kind are permitted.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house. A $500 fine will be assessed for violations.
NO PETS are allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No loud music or noise is permitted outside during these hours.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living areas, and the kitchen. You will also have full access to the private backyard, heated pool, and patio area. On-site driveway parking is available for up to three cars.

We respect our guests` privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. We will not be present during your visit but are available via the booking platform`s messaging app if you need anything. Please note that our professional pool, lawn, or pest control contractors may need to access the exterior of the property during your stay to perform routine maintenance.

Security: For your security and to ensure compliance with house rules, the property is equipped with exterior recording cameras (facing outward) and noise detector devices (which monitor decibel levels, not conversations).
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for your convenience.
Supplies: We provide an initial starter supply of toiletries, including shampoo, body lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tissues, and toilet paper.
Linens & Towels: Each of the three bathrooms is stocked with fresh towels and a hairdryer. All bed linens are provided.
NO PARTIES / GATHERINGS / EVENTS
NO SMOKING: Tobacco, marijuana or other substances in the house.
Minimum age of primary renter: 21
Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. You may not book for another person.
Children are welcome here! However, remember is your responsibility to keep your children safe.
No lifeguard on duty in the pool. Children must be supervise at all times.
Any violation of these rules may result in you being immediately asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
