Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront condo, Work for home and 1 block from the beach! Sleeps 6 ( pullout couch in the living room)
Newly remodeled with brand new furniture.
The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site. Space sleeps 6, queen size bed in each of the bedrooms plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy watching the yachts sail by along with taking in amazing sunsets from the dock. Work from home, 1 block from the beach! Quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together.
Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 6 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!

We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite complimentary Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our BBQ grill. There is grocery delivery available, we can arrange to have the kitchen stocked with your favorites before your arrival. Please ask us about this! There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a shared laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late checkouts at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on the day of check-in. We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay! Other things to note Pool and patio areas are shared with 3 other condos.

Beautiful Place

Beautiful decor and very nice area. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and water way. Short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants in the area.

Nice property right on the Intercostal Waterway. Space is clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of chairs outside to sit and enjoy the view. Short walk to the beach.

Getaway and Wedding Weekend :)

If your looking for a place to stay - don't hesitate to book this! Everything was fantastic, the beds super comfy, the view out the bed window to the pool utterly relaxing. Being able to sit down, spend time, and swim with my family was awesome. The early morning stroll to the beach is perfect! Even before we got there the host was amazing answered questions, provided a list of restaurants, and responded quickly to questions while there. Thank you for a very lovey stay!

Wonderful stay in Pompano Beach

We very much enjoyed our time at this condo. It is located a couple blocks from easy beach access, had good beach chairs and a wagon for transport and when we were done at the beach we enjoyed sitting by the small pool and intercoastal water watching the boats go by. Highly recommend - all interactions with the host were also excellent. thanks!

The home was older, but clean. The property grounds needed maintained and cleaned. The pools paint was peeled off and the pool was not clean. There was garbage around the property.

If your looking for a spacious 2 bedroom condo with direct water access to the main channel of the intercostal waterway and beautiful views from the master suite. Relax and watch the mega yachts cruise by The property manager was great to work with very responsive. She helped out with a booking issue with our dates and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. You can’t go wrong with the location only a 5 minute walk to the beach , restaurants, a brewery and close to the grocery store. This unit has everything you need to check in and begin enjoying your vacation!!

Winter Break 2021

We had an amazing time at this property! Accomodations were fantastic and we were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. I wasn't sure what was provided, seems like each VRBO is a bit different.... Provided: Pool/beach towels, kitchen pots/pans/flatware,etc., Toilet paper and shower/bath towels. Not provided: cleaning supplies of any kind. Stop by Publix for any general cleaner, dish detergent, Laundry detergent, trash bags etc. Check in and check out were superb and easy, directions to the property, communication, everything was spot on and I was so sad to leave. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing break from our chaotic 'regular' life!

Property Managers Extremely Rude

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It was on my departure day in the early morning that I messaged the property manager that I had an emergency situation with my ailing mom and would be late checking out. I apologized for it. Marilyn didn't care and only wanted us out as soon as possible. She called me and I further explained the situation while I was finishing up packing. I couldn't exit fast enough for her and she came to the condo yelling and stating we had too much stuff such as travel bags and making other threats. She stated adding a late check out fee to future reservations which I am fine with paying. I also let the maid come in to start cleaning. Her behavior is what is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Other than this, it is a nice place to stay.
