The unit is centrally located with in walking distance to the beach and shops. The listed of restriction are long and not advertised on the site. She did amend them, such as the pool closing at dusk with a $450 fine to closes at 9 pm. She does not provide pool or beach towels. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. There was plenty of space for me, my husband, and 2 small children. All basic essentials (towels, dinnerware, cooking utensils etc) were included, in addition to non essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The pool was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and super. The pool is nice but needs a cleaning along with the property, as there was trash at the front entrance and in the landscape and a long hose thrown across the walkway. The unit itself was comfortable especially the bed, however it was as lacking lighting in the bathroom. All but one bulb had blown out making it difficult when showering and getting ready for the day.We did appreciate that It had a beautiful view of the intercoastal from balcony.
