Either Florida coast, Beaver Creek in Colorado for ski season or visiting our daughters in Austin or Tucson … we think we know a good place right at check in. This is one of them without a doubt. The backyard oasis was a great escape for our kiddos. Only minor things to note: master bed was very firm and uncomfortable, could use some beach equipment and pool toys, and was not realistically walking distance to the beach if your carrying gear. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed cooking and the quiet neighborhood. ##### Jay M. The AC did not keep the home cooler, we purchased 3 fans at the local Walmart to cool the bedrooms. The setup of the bedrooms was perfect for a family. The master had its own bathroom and the two guest rooms shared a jack and jill bathroom.
