It's completely residential, and the waterfront mansions sell in the multi-millions. Very upscale, safe, and walkable. Private, fully fenced patioWifi: redundant high speed connectionsParking: free, off-street, two carsTV: 4K SmartTV in living room and bedroom, log on to your Netflix/HBO/etc accountCoffee: Keurig coffee maker. We provide 4 pods to get you started.Also: crib, beach gear, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen There is no grill, and we cannot supply one due to insurance (wood deck). All units:Parking is not assigned, but there is plenty of room for two cars. Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, Stream 4K movies or do video calls. Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans. Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. Laundry: You'll have access to the laundry room. The coin-operated washer and dryer take six quarters per load and are shared by five other units. Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink.
