(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 delivery charge) LIVING AREA: \- Formal dining room seats up to 8. \- Living room with sofa and chairs and streaming TV's KITCHEN: Fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave. BEDROOMS: (3) \- The 3, large bedrooms all have TV's and king size beds. \- Pac and Play and high chair are provided. \- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request. BATHROOMS: (2.5) \-All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. \-2 full baths and 1 half bath- 1 ensuite. GUEST ACCESS: \-This fully fenced property inside and out is shared with the next door unit your for your enjoyment. INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout. CLEANING: \- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. \- Starter dishwasher pods are provided \- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided. POOL: This house boasts a huge heated pool for a $10 per day heating charge only during winter months. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. GARBAGE: Cans are located in the alley on the south side of the property. The City picks up garbage twice a week and recycling bins once a week. PARKING: The parking area is located behind the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street, the lawn, or in the alleyway. PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean and the location was convenient. The backyard space was lovely, however it is shared between 2 3-bedroom rentals so do not expect to have any private time unless you are just very lucky and the other renters don't want to use it or use it at different times. Parking is a HUGE issue and I do not recommend a large SUV. The only way to get your vehicle out is a friendly or not so friendly knock on the door (yep, even at 0600 so they can go view a sunrise). Ceiling fan in one of the king rooms did not work and we were very hot all night long. Conversely, the water pressure was nonexistent in the hall bath as was any hot water. I contacted the host a couple of times about this without reply. The only time they were responsive was to reprimand us for not pulling our vehicle all the way up in the single-wide driveway. We seemed to be the only renters when we checked in. We did not receive a neighborly "knock knock" on our door to make us aware. ##### Kerry M.
