Hollywood is a beautiful coastal city with a vibrant character and endless options for recreation. The paved Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which runs along two-and-a-half miles of coastline, is a great place to walk, jog, cycle, or rollerblade. One of the most beautiful beaches on Florida's Atlantic Coast, Hollywood Beach is the perfect spot for a memorable South Florida beach vacation. The Historic Downtown District’s sidewalk cafes, art galleries, bars, restaurants, and dance clubs are popular among locals and visitors alike, and the miles of picturesque coastline is especially attractive to homebuyers looking to call this slice of paradise in Florida home. Guest(s) has access to the entire house. The space "Casa Punta Plata" was built in 1965\. The home is approximately 1545 sqft. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, office/lounge area, laundry room, and private fenced in backyard. There is covered parking for one vehicle and an uncovered parking spot (two vehicles max). There is free high-speed WiFi. The living room has comfortable furniture and a Smart TV (Log in to your favorite streaming apps account, no cable or local channels). The recliner couch is large enough and comfortable enough to sleep on. Two bedrooms come with queen beds. They both have dressers for your clothes. Full closet with shelves and hangers. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom, and plenty of closet space. In the kitchen, there is counter space for cooking. The dining table is set for six. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. Please keep in mind that since this is a vacation home, the kitchen only has basic cookware. NOTE: Pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Guest access Guest(s) has access to the entire house. Very large and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion I would offer is shades in living room and dining room. Dining room got really hot from sun coming in. At night I didn’t like just sheer curtains covering the windows felt like everybody outside could look in. Like a fishbowl. Host was very responsive whenever we asked a question. The master bedroom has a bathroom and the other is shared. The house was clean with most amenities (bring a blow dryer). The owner is very quick to reply to communications. There is an outdoor space in the back with a table and a grill (we did not use the grill) This is a quiet neighborhood with enforced quiet periods. We were able to go to Hollywood, Dania, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale beaches and the Everglades during our 4 night, 5 day stay. Hollywood beach has a theater with live music some nights. The only trouble we encountered were tiny "sugar" ants. Who could blame them, as we had LOTS of sweets. We moved all of our food to the fridge which seemed to keep them away. We saw no signs of any other problems. This was a perfect house for my mother, my daughter and myself to share a long weekend. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a safe, quiet escape with lots of activities nearby. ##### Pam R.
