This 3,270 sqft, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Penthouse at the exclusive Renaissance on the Ocean, is located directly on Hollywood beach! Featuring high volume ceilings and stunning, unobstructed ocean views, all three bedrooms are complete with en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. It features a balcony stretching the length of the entire condo overlooking the ocean, a bar/lounge and a dining room to seat up to eight guests. Enjoy your days outdoors with direct access to the beach, two swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a national park and water activity rentals less than a five-minute walk away. Relax in the private Studio Cabana, included with the rental, complete with a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a murphy couch bed. The Renaissance also has two complimentary gyms, and an onsite restaurant. Available to rent for the months of November, 2022, December 2022, January 2023, February 2023, and March 2023. $35,000 (discount if renting more than one month).
