Motel was outdated. Rust everywhere, even the light fixtures. There was some rusty “thing” in the bathroom. If you cut yourself on it, you would have to get a tetanus shot. But the really bad part of our stay, was the floors were filthy and there were the dreaded cockroaches. They were very small, but they were there. My advice is not to stay here and not to believe everything you read on Expedia. Very disappointed.

The room is very old and dirty. The stairwell smelled like urine and throw up. The door to get into the room needs replaced as the paint/plywood is peeling. The refrigerator is rusted and that’s the first thing you see when you open the door. The couch looks like something the homeless people sleep on and the vents were extremely dirty and dusty. The dining room table is bowed in the middle and the chairs have holes in the material. Let’s not forget the bloodstains on the walls. The bed skirts are old and stained. The door in the bedroom was sealed with plastic grocery bags stuffed at the top, real classy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here until this place gets a complete makeover!

Even though the place is a little run down, it was fine. There is rust in the rooms. There is no room cleaning service. There was an extra fee that was added for amenities. I had to ask for an iron and there is no iron or ironing board in the room. They have these tiny pillows. I wish they were bigger. The staff was okay. But very quiet. It is within walking distance from tons of restaurants. It's close to the beach. You could walk to the beach if you wanted to but it is a less than 15-minute car ride to the beach or a short bus ride.

It was deplorable! The area was full of thugs that were up all night drinking and fighting! The room was disgustingly dirty and in disrepair! We slept in our clothes and pushed the chair up against the door. -afraid of being attacked. We couldn’t leave soon enough

Room was in need of some serious TLC. Bathroom was awful. No hot water available at the property during my three night stay. Wished I never booked this hotel. Would advise anyone to avoid it at all costs. I’d love to know what a hotel inspector / health and safety officer thinks of this place…

Dirty, noisy highway, no hot water for a week so only cold showers… feet black from walking around room. Zero cleaning. Had to beg for new towels and toilet paper. Only good part was it was next to ihop otherwise be warned.

Don't do it. It seems like a great opportunity to save some money, but it's an awful place. There was paint peeling off the walls, stained furniture, and mold in the room! The shower rod was barely hanging on. The remote didn't have a backing for the batteries and there was no hot water, which was lacking for at least a week according to the front desk. There were apparently hidden amenity and parking fees that were waived due to the lack of hot water. I watched the front desk hand at least three keys out to people who just claimed they were locked out and stated their room number so people wouldn't even have to break in to your room to get in, just tell the front desk the room number. I felt so unsafe! I looked up YouTube tutorials on how to check for bed bugs. The mattress and boxspring were surprisingly clean, but that is an indication of the condition of this place. Go anywhere else.

Place lost hot water which they did inform at check out and we could have dealt with by itself, black mold, anything medal was rusted, hair in the bed which means it wasn’t cleaned, flooring felt wet all the time, listed that the room come with her dryer and iron, nothing of sorts lists coffee maker none, staff were nice to too but couldn’t help with any issue, when Expedia tried to call no answer, shower leaked water, not to mention elevator and stairways where so dangerous looking in complete shambles

located near amenities (fast food, sit down restaurants, bus line) and super affordable. sure, it's a bit run down, but you can't beat the price and location. it is quite loud, due to being so close to the beach/malls there's a lot of traffic. the IHOP behind the hotel had an issue with their fire alarm going on for long periods also.. but hopefully that's not a regular occurrence. there was no breakfast service either, so take that into consideration.

The area is nice but the hotel itself is almost a hotspot for a sketchy vibe. Worst part by far was the fact that the hotel room doesnt have any type of blocker at the bottom so any bugs or crotters can crawl into the room. We found two bugs in the room during our one night stay. This also means anybody outside the room can hear inside and you hear everythong going on outside. Price was good and i see why now. Room itself was pretty clean besides the vents

I paid 170 on expedia. But, must pay another 280 at check in for resort fees , parking, taxes and deposits to stay in a room with a very dirty floor. Two towels came w the room, one w hair on it. Requested cleaning like note in room said, but nobody could come until the next day at checkout. Note said don't swallow pool water.Tub water was leaking from the spout. The free breakfast was closed every day. Holes in the wall. Surrounding area is fine if you have a rental or other transportation. Local restaurants close by 10 pm.

Never go here, not even if it’s the last available hotel! Disgusting. We booked 2 nights, stayed 1 out necessity. I woke up sick from all the mold exposure. Hypodermic needles outside our room. The bathtub was rusted and cracking, the frig leaked as well as the water runs all night. We tried febreze and disinfectant of our own to get through the night. There is a resort fee and pay to park. Complete insanity. This place should be condemned.

I read the reviews after booking my stay. So, I brought with me toilet paper, bath soap, towels, a comforter to spread on top of the bed - it turned out I did not need any of the above - as I found the room (311) to be very clean. There were clean white towels in the bathroom - along with two rolls of toilet paper - an extra roll if I ran out. Bath soap, hair shampoo and conditioner were provided. The bed linens were milky white and clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were nice and clean. The TV remote did not work but, I found the power switch on the TV. I only stayed over for one night. I got exactly what I paid for. Yes. the property could do with some make over. The lobby does have that smoke smell inside. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay there.
