Loved the location, anything you need is walking distance. Fridge/freezer kept going out. We were there for a week and the groceries we bought all melted/went bad. Could not figure out how or who to contact about it. Also no towels were switched out for the entirety of the trip. Otherwise, we loved everything else!

We loved how safe and quiet the area was. The pool was an amazing and beautiful amenity to avail of, especially in the Florida heat! Our room had all the essentials, great air conditioning, and the bedroom located near the back of the unit made it feel more private and spacious. The bed was comfortable as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Lowkl, and we would stay there again!

We had ubit 12 and the fold.out couch was very hard and tipped when used.on one side. I had stayed in unit 6 before and that pull out couch was way better! If you replace that couch in 12, would be good!

Dont expect enforcement of rules. We complained about parties every single night. The property itself was nice, the kitchen was nice enough, the on site laundry was nice, the pool was nice but we rented this spot because of the unfortunately unenforced no parties policy. I really wanted to come back every vacation to this spot because everything else was great, but due to no enforcement of their own policies I don't think I will.

There were many nights with excessive noise due to young guests. Since there is nobody from the Hotel present on premises, the outcome was not good. Emails to guests are not sufficient. There should be better control especially on Spring Break days. Beware in future stays.

I have a mixed review for this property because it was lovely overall and I would love to go back BUT 3 of our nights were horrible. There was a large group of guys that showed up partying for 3 days straight all night and all day, blasting loud music, breaking glass, screaming, when I say literally all night and day I’m not exaggerating. We have young kids and a baby, I got no sleep those nights, the kids were so sad they couldn’t use the pool because that’s where they stayed the entire time. The property has no one on site except for cleaners, no management and no front desk. Along with others we called to complain multiple times with no help. My husband went up to the group of guys but they wouldn’t listen. I contacted Expedia for help when I returned home and the hotel refunded me pennys for the incident. It was nice to have something but still does not make up for the disruption. They should have sent someone over to end the problem or called police. They need staff on sight. It’s supposed to be a family friendly location. Did I mention the pool is supposed to be off limits at night and quiet hour is at 11? It was such a lovely place overall if it wasn’t for that issue. It was our families first real vacation outside of the country and we would have gone back again if it wasn’t for the poor management. So if you just beware that if you have an issue you won’t have any help.

The good: The person responsible for the place on the day is very attentive and helpful. The bad: There are no instructions upon arrival (for example, how to access the room, they only give you a code to open a locker, in which the key is, but you cannot remove it from the place There is no manager on site, so if there is any problem after staff leave time, you have no one to ask for help. The number with which you communicate is a call center that is served from another country, and they do not do so 24 hours a day. They only speak in english In short: it is not an airbnb as we know it, it turns out to be an apartment complex, managed by a company, in which you have a daily rate as if it were a hotel, without room cleaning services, or change of sheets and towels .

Excellent stay with our family. Safe, easy check-in and check-out. I wish the kitchen had a few more condiments because I like to cook and to have had more than a bathroom. It would have been nice to have a 1.5 bath. The staff was very responsive to our needs. Will surely stay in that apartment next time we come to FT.

Our place, The Jasmine, was not cleaned prior to our 4PM check-in on Feb. 8. Dishes were everywhere, there was a pan full of cooking grease, the place smelled like fried fish, the floors and bathrooms were dirty, the previous guests' bedding was still there, etc. I contacted customer service and as we patiently waited, they were unable to provide a cleaning service. An hour and half later, we were sent to another property that was not as nice (full-sized beds instead of king-sized beds, one bathroom instead of two, also less expensive) and we were told we could only stay one night there and we'd have to move out the next morning. This was very inconvenient because my son was headed for surgery early in the morning. We had to pack up early in the morning and then after his surgery, we had to sit in the parking lot as our original place, The Jasmine, was being cleaned. Customer service promised some compensation and a call back from a manager. After two weeks of endless calls to customer service and numerous exchanged texts, I never received one call from a manager or the promised compensation. Customer service made numerous promises that a manager would contact me but that never happened. BEWARE - IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH A LOWKL PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY - DON'T EXPECT ANY RESPONSE FROM A MANAGER.

Cruise hotel stay
We booked this hotel for our cruise. It was only about 15 minutes from Port Everglades. The facilities were clean. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't use the pool but hang out near it. Surrounding area is full of similar lodging and we felt safe. Communication via email and it was fast. Would book again!

very nice, clean room that was more spacious than I expected. very convenient location for shopping and also to the beach. A nice 1.5 mile walk to the beach are or a very inexpensive Uber/Lyft. there was a little hiccup with the internet being down which meant that I needed a different way to enter the apartment and that was handled very easily and the staff responded and had to get a service tech out to fix the issue but it was responded to quickly and the matter was resolved. A very pleasant stay with no real difficulties. i would absolutely stay there again when I'm in the Ft Lauderdale area!

The apartment looked pretty much like the pictures, bathroom needs an update asap, bathtub stained and tiles very old. I stayed with with and there was a neighbor very loud in his s3x activities all 3 nights. This time of the year is a bit chilly in FL, there was not enough blankets or covers. Kitchen was clean and fully equipped. I would come back depending on the price.

Parts of the apartment were tired or needed replaced but it was extremely clean. However I booked for 2 adults and a teenager and although the living room area was sufficient in size, I wish there had been at least another chair for visiting. There was only a small sized love seat available for relaxing.

A good place to stay for a short break.
I booked to stay at the apartment for 3 weeks over Christmas. The apartment was well presented on arrival and had all the basic amenities such as towels, beach towels, toilet roll, cleaning liquid and some bathroom toiletries. The apartment was spacious and easy to access on arrival. Check in is done virtually and there was no contact with anyone during the stay unless we needed to make contact. The info provided by the hotel says that there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer which accepts coins; after making an effort to get some quarters, I then discovered that the machines DO NOT take coins and are card only. I tried to use contactless but this did not work and I had to insert the physical card. The cost is $1.75 per load and per machine. This is probably fine for a short stay but I felt it was expensive for us. The apartments have a lovely pool but sadly this is not very well maintained and it was dirty therefore we did not use it, however other people seemed happy to. The hotel also advise that they have pest control every 3rd week but this never happened during the 3 weeks we were there and there were several sightings of cockroaches. Lastly, the bed in our apartment had a mattress protector on it which was plastic and very noisy when moving around. I also discovered that my mattress had been turned upside down and I was sleeping on the springs. When I looked at the mattress it was absolutely disgusting and covered in stains.

Perfect spot for a vacation
The apartment was clean and terrific. The surrounding area is quiet and high level. The only issues were with updated kitchen and bathroom. If you find noisy neighbors could be tough because walls are very tiny.

Why stay at a hotel when this is available? Full kitchen, large living room. Pool 15 feet from room. Close to room parking. No elevators.

It sounds like you had a generally positive experience, especially considering the price, but there were a few aspects that you found less comfortable. A clean room and a nice area are definitely positives. However, it's understandable that a hard bed and the presence of plastic under the sheets could be less than ideal for a comfortable night's sleep.
