When not at the beach enjoy our newly designed waterfall pool and 8 person spa. We named our home Center Beach because it is located on Center Avenue, steps to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Fort Lauderdale is near and dear to our hearts as we visited there for many years and have many friends there. After growing up in Philadelphia and missing Fort Lauderdale Beach, Center Beach is now our vacation home. We invite you to make Center Beach your home away from home, we know you will enjoy it! We have had the good fortune of staying in many five star hotels and resorts such as the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys. These places have had a strong influence on how we designed Center Beach from the bed linens and mattresses to the kitchen to the outdoor pool and spa. Center Beach can sleep 10 comfortably in the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We invite you to relax outside on the beautiful and tropical patio. The patio is covered with high hat lighting. There is a 55 inch LCD TV in the patio to enjoy the game. The pool has a barrier fence to protect the little ones and can be removed upon request. The large 8 person hot tub has two 30 inch spill over waterfalls into the pool. If you are in the mood for grilling out, there is a Weber Natural Gas Grill. The patio is excellent for entertaining, as there is ample patio furniture. Escape after a long sun filled day to the upstairs Master Suite. The king size bed with the mattress and linens of the highest-quality.... comparable to 5 star hotels. The room is equipped with a 42 inch Smart TV with an X-1 smart remote. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone/iPad. Walk-in closet is spacious and organized with hangars, shelves and two luggage racks. The bathroom has a dual vanity, walk in shower and free standing soaking tub. Second Master Suite is tucked away downstairs. This very spacious bedroom has a king size bed with a high-quality mattress and linens. It is equipped with a 42 inch Smart TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. The very large walk-in closet is organized with hangars, shelves and a luggage rack. There is a nice private bathroom with a combination shower and tub. The upstairs Guest Bedroom has two very comfortable queen size beds with high-quality mattresses and linens. This large bedroom has a 30 inch LCD Flat Screen TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. Closet is organized with hangars, shelves and a luggage rack. The private full bathroom has a shower. The downstairs Guest/Office bedroom has a Queen size bed with two single high-quality mattresses and linens. This room has a large bureau, two night stands and a LCD Flat Screen TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. The full bathroom has a shower. The beautiful dining room table can seat 8 and an additional 4 can be seated at the counter. While having dinner you can overlook the beautiful pool and hear the waterfalls. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There are four counter stools. For the chef, there are full sets of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc. The downstairs living room has a 55 inch Smart TV. . There is a leather sofa and cocktail tables. The upstairs living area has a 50 inch Smart TV. Bring your Xbox / Playstation for the kids and movies to play on the Blue Ray. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The house was amazing!!! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was very helpful. Only a block from the beach, which was pretty secluded, not a lot of people when we were there. The house was well stocked with beach toys, chairs and umbrella. We spent a ton of time in the pool. Probably be favorite pool ever. The setup with the pool and hot tub was so cool!! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very responsive and Ron, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful. I really hope we will be able to return. ##### Kellee A. The home is close to the beach, off a quiet side street and makes going back and forth easy and convenient. The location is ideal if you love Fort Lauderdale but appreciate a quieter experience on the beach. It's close to shopping, many water experiences and a variety of day trip opportunities. The house itself is clean and comfortable- it had everything we needed to make meals at home and relax in our down time. Ron was amazing and responsive and friendly (would love to have him as a neighbor). House was beautiful and clean and well supplied. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The welcome music on TV and scents were a wonderful touch to the start of the vacation. Would definitely come back and recommend. Plenty of space. Great location 1 block (easy walk on quiet street) to beach. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great covered patio with furniture by pool. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. As mentioned in other reviews, the road behind the house is busy but there is a wall around the pool. Noise from the road didn't bother us at all. The location is perfect, right next to a quiet beach, and close to several nice dining/shopping spots. There was also ample space for us to entertain a few friends, and give both our young daughters (ages 5 and 3) swim lessons in the pool. Ron was always around to answer any questions, including how to heat the pool/turn on the spa, and was very accommodating even before we arrived, setting up the portable fence around the pool to protect our children. On the whole, this property was everything we were looking for, and more. The check in/out process was a breeze, and the property had a ton of Ft. Lauderdale charm. We will absolutely book this property again for our next trip down, if it is available. ##### Joseph P. We were 3 couples - my husband and I, our adult daughter and son with their significant others. The house was spacious with lots of room for us to spread out and have privacy. Each room having its own bathroom was a big plus. There were plenty of towels and all bathrooms/showers had soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the covered patio allowed us to spend time outside even in the rain. The location was awesome! It was 3 min walk to beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. Ron the property manager was super and very responsive. Appreciated that the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The backyard was small (with so much road noise), the kitchen barely had any items to cook with and the staircase made me nervous with small children. We ended up not even staying at the house after one night because we did not feel safe with our toddlers as the lock on the sliding door to the pool area was at a level my two year old could use (and did) without any type of alarm system on it and then the gate from the pool to the driveway had a hard time latching. The owner was very nice trying to accommodate our safety concerns, but we ended up moving to a 5-star resort (with a full kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms and large living room with all the resort amenities) for the same cost as this house. We did not receive any money back per the refund policy so this was an expensive mistake. ##### Shannon H.
