There were a few upgrades from last year - new BBQ's, HD on the TV's and the internet was upgraded and stable. The condo was clean and well stocked as usual and Frank and others from the Mid Mari association were busy around the grounds cleaning or painting here and there. They keep the area well taken care of. As usual, no issues with the general area of NE 13th street. Safe to walk at night , close to the beach. Publix and several restaurants nearby and the Pompano Pier should be re-opened early 2019\. If you're happy on the beach, you dont need a car to stay here. There's 2 golf courses nearby also. Once again we were happy with our stay and with the solid communication from Frank. We've ever had any issues at any of his condos but I'm sure he'd be quick to respond if there were any problems. Pullout in living room. Nice king size bed in the bedroom. It's a nice open layout for family but not suitable for young children. Alot of glass fixtures around the apartment. Plenty of pots but no pans for the oven. Frank provided beach chairs, towels and many more for your stay. It was very convenient. Overall stay was very nice! No major complaints. We loved our stay in Pompano Beach. The apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Unfortunately there was a lot of algae up and down the coast when we were there.
