The property was cozy within walking distance of the beach. We also went down to the Hollywood boardwalk and walked all the way back. The towels and toilet paper were really soft and the ammenities were accomodating

Very nice little house 500 ft away from a nice, uncrowded beach. The house is very well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Kitchen has all the necessities plus some. There is lots of beach items for the beach as well.

The beach house was absolutely perfect—a one minute walk away from the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and nice people all around. The location couldn’t have been better, offering easy access to the beach while still feeling private and peaceful. Inside, the house was beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, making it the ideal retreat. Rocky and Hope were very helpful throughout process—so accommodating, friendly, and always making sure everything was just right. It was an unforgettable stay in every way!

We wish we had more time to spend in this cottage. Beautifully appointed with great outdoor spaces. It was perfect for my husband and me. The beach is 100 yards away. Good restaurant within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

The property is well taken care of and the hosts are responsive and wonderful. Fantastically close to the beach and beautiful area. Bed was a bit firm and couches are not made for lounging, they are really just extra bed space and difficult to relax in. But otherwise very nice place. Would recommend if you like the firm bed and don't mind the couch situation. The beach is heavenly and the outdoor space is great.

As a request VRBO renter I can say that this location was ideal! We were steps away from the beach. The accommodations were modern, clean and updated! As an added bonus there were ample beach items towels beach trolleys chairs and additional items perfect for a small family with young children. Communication with the owners was simple and we had zero issues!! I would definitely stay here again!

This place has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay and the beach. Very quiet street just a quick walk to the beach. No need to pack up everything all at once you can bounce from the house to the beach in about a minute. The house was spotless and very comfortable and both outdoor areas are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked and we enjoyed home cooked meals everyday. Rocky is quick to respond and solve even the smallest issue. The water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced and it was resolved within the day. We cannot wait to come back.

The warm ambience, the well-thought-out accommodations and extra items they provide (especially if you are an out-of-state traveler) makes the stay that much more enjoyable & stress-free. My husband and I came for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. What a gem of a home! It is so beautiful and is well stocked with all you need for your vacation. Hope and Rocky are wonderful hosts and great to communicate with. We really enjoyed being a short walk away to the beach and to two great restaurants! The bikes provided were a perfect way to check out the boardwalk and Hollywood Beach. If we ever find ourselves in town again, we will definitely stay here!
